Kat von D hosts LA art show 2011

Kat von D attended yesterday night at 16th Annual Los Angeles Art Show Opening Night Premiere Party - Arrivals

She started the day early, woke up at 4am to start promoting the event, giving interviews... Her gallery Wonderland supported with Kevin Llewelyn mind-blowing art.
The opening night was hosted by her! Here you can see the teaser

LA Art show not only is a great interantional exhibition but also supports The Art of Elysium, a non-benefit co that helps children battleling diseases. The ngo encourage  musicians and actors to be volunteers and work  with them.
Kat is very close to their cause and gets involved in as many projects as she can, rescheduling her busy agenda for the children.

Again, Kat looked gorgeous matching her blue hair and nails  with a sexy stripped jacket and. I'm almost sure  she has been seen wearing it before. Last year I guess.

Guess one item tagged as starry in Wonderland

Do you remember...?
Back in summer, Kat von D attended to gay awards, New Now Next wearing a big starry headband on that was inmediately adored and searched as if we were talking about the Holy Grail.

Since September, Kat von D manages her own art gallery with the help of her artist firiend Chantal Menard.
The more they are posting items for sell via Twitter, the more I began to understand that Wonderland is a project to exhibit and sell paintings (and maybe sculptures in the future) but also to reunite everything related to art or "tagged" as handmade, antique, interesting,  that Kat has been collecting as treasures: music books, art books (classic and contemporary), cards, Bordello shoes, headbands, notebooks, jewellery, candles,... sharing her interests with fans.

One of the new items is the headband that I've started writting minutes ago.
Designed and handmade by Giant Dwarf is one of these products that Kat von D felt in love in Etsy and now can be yours in Wonderland.
If you check the link on Etsy you will discover all the items Kat rated, favorited and bought.
What about some stars to wear this New Year Eve?

Will Wonderland ever have an online shop as High Voltage? Would you consider buying if you got the chance?
If you have visited the gallery, what did surprise you the most?

Secret Pary with Kat von D in LA - pictures.

US residents were happy to get a chance to meet Kat in a very special secret party. The lucky ones were allowed to invite a guest to the event - organized by Harper Collins.

The party took place yesterday at Wonderland Gallery ( 17 nov) and here you can see some pictures by Michael Drach. Kat was redhaired again for such an special day. Bordello? Yes.. don't need to ask :)

If you were there and would like to share you experience, don't hesitate leaving comments or sending an email!

Wonderlandia Grand Opening

The Grand Opening of her new business, an Art Gallery was on 2th Sept.

Kat looked beautiful blackhaired again, dressing a bodycon grey dress bringing her curvy figure out.

She attended with her new and confirmed boyfriend, ex Sandra Bullock, Jesse James.
What happened with Nikki Sixx? That's another story to tell in a longer post I hadn't time enough to write yet.

As the event had a large press coverage, you can find all the pictures (+100) in this album. I couldn't post all of them here :) Thanks for visiting the link.
