After all the controversy from yesterday afternoon Kat posted on Facebook explaining how she feels.
Después de toda la polémica del día de ayer Kat ha colgado esta tarde un post en Facebook en el que explica como se siente.

Her sentences show fatigue. She does not feel in the mood to "sell" their show. LA ink has become a documentary of one of the most controversial relationships in Hollywood in recent months for some audience. Kat von D is tired of giving explanations. This post proves that she's not rude, as some people tried to stress throughout  yesterday when she left the TV set.

No se siente con ánimos de "vendernos" su show que para un tipo de público se ha convertido en un documental de una de las relaciones más polémicas en Hollywood de los últimos meses. Kat von D está cansada de dar explicaciones pero no demuestra ser una persona maleducada, como se ha intentado subrayar a lo largo del día de ayer después de abandonar el plató de TV.

She also explains how he has lived all this year: close to her man, staying strong and postive, against all comments, busy and lost some friends along the way.

También explica como ha vivido todo este año: muy unida a su pareja, manteniéndose firme y postiva, a contracorriente, ultra ocupada (eso viene siendo habitual en ella) y perdiendo amistades por el camino. 

It seems that every season has a goodbye next door  or the end of relationships for Kat: the girls (Hannah, Kim, ...), then Orbi, Corey, Sixx, Jesse...

Parece que desde la segunda temporada se suceden los abandonos o el fin de las relaciones para Kat: la marcha de las chicas (Hannah, Kim, ...), Orbi, Corey, Sixx, Jesse ... 

Today felt pretty impossible. Most of the times, regardless of what's going on around me, I'm usually strong enough to not let things get to me like this.

But today there seems to be no way of escaping my thoughts.

"What have I done?"
"I sure made a mess of things"
"Wish today was over.."

Most of the time I’m good at rolling with the punches when things don't go "as planned."  But somehow, I allowed today to get the best of me.

None of this happened over night and I guess most of the time it doesn't. But we are all master of our own reality and whatever is "happening to me" is no ones "fault" other than my own.

The accumulation of things this past year have been challenging in so many ways, but for the most part I found it easy to stay positive through it.  At times I even surprised myself at how resilient I was to a lot of these challenges...

There was my new relationship with Jesse, which regardless of how happy it made me, sprung a lot of negativity from the outside world. Then the 2 month book tour, not to mention my house burning down half way through the tour...
 Taking on another season of filming the show during all of this, plus a million other things to add to the list...

None of the above gave me reason to complain, and I didn't, and still don't - not even losing my cat in the fire. As crazy as it sounds, all of it brought me a great deal of reassurance that I was on the right path...

I mean, if all of this would of taken place 4 years ago before I decided to get sober I would have easily been the worlds biggest train wreck. Instead, dealing with all of it through acceptance of what is, and staying as present in the moment as possible, was the only way I was able to learn so much...

In my relationship I never before felt as solid and strong- even though the world said different by all the criticism.
 Lost a lot of friends, and even caused turmoil within some of my family members because of the bullshit the media put out there..  Some fans even changed their perception of who they thought I was...

All of this just motivated me to stay even more grounded and to love whole-heartedly without judgment.
At one point I remember feeling so saddened by the way people said the most hurtful things, (as much as I did my best to ignore it).  It felt like it was just the two of us against the world. I think it's safe to say that a lot of times that would bring us even closer.
Knowing that someone loves you for who you are and that they gain nothing from you other than the joy of being loved unconditionally is a good feeling.

But life has an amazing way of reminding you what truly is important and at the end of the day, none of what the outside world has to say carries any real weight when it comes to matters of the heart.

Fast forward through this year of transition, and things evolve - some in more positive ways than others. But all with life lessons at the end of them.

Today was really hard for me. And no ones to blame other than myself.

Never planned on walking away from this relationship, let alone the timing of things.

Never was good at being anything other than myself either.  And as much as I'd like to picture me being this strong, independent woman, the truth is most of the time I'm not as strong as I'd like to be - but I'm still trying.

Although my intentions were never to offend or hurt anyone’s feelings, this isn't an apology for walking out on a silly morning show interview this morning- and this isn’t an attempt at justifying anything either. I don't expect people to understand, just like I can't expect myself to be able to please everyone at all times.

Tomorrow the new season of LA Ink starts and I admit I'm not strong enough to do all the press I committed to doing for the show.  Today was a perfect example of that.

I'm not going to flatter myself in thinking I'm interesting enough for the press not to pry into gossip-related questions so its unfair of me to expect them to respect that ..but even though it's not in my nature to cancel on people, it IS in my nature to admit when I'm weak.

Ratings.
Sales.
Publicity.
The amount of followers I have on twitter.

 None of those things matters to me.

Watch the show or don’t watch it.

Whether people tune in or not doesn't change my best efforts or the quality of what I do, because when you make something for the sake of putting good out into the universe, the payback comes from a much more fulfilling place than any man made form of payment.

Kat left minutes before she was due to go on air to promote her TLC reality show, L.A. Ink, which kicks off a new season tomorrow.
During the last hours all press and blogs where confused because Jesse appears in promotional clips of LAInk
What was behind her exit then? Show host Jeff Michael mentioned her ex after they aired a preview clip that featured Kat showing off a tattoo she had just gotten of Jesse’s face on her arm.

Mentioned. Period. Reading her following apoplogies to the TVshow mentioning their relationship was not agreed by both parts.

This matter made a lot of noise on Google and I don't know how many results it has if you search "Kat von D" right now. After announcing their break up and premiering tomorrow some people "loves" to discredit and blame her again and again.

Kat von D announces their break up with Jesse two days before the premiere of LA ink new season. 

Definitively shocking news since all her fans were expecting was a wedding by the next month, (after their first year anniversary).

A realtionship full of controversies ends as it started, by a tweet. It seems that the distance was too much. The tattoer and reality star lives in Hollywood, he lives in Texas.

Last season of LA ink introduced Jesse James as Kat's new boyfriend, so, there's no surprise that the next season is focused on their relationship and some press started to discuss about it again.

Since Kat von D became famous on Miami Ink, she's never been more loved and hated than after her wedding  announcement with ex Bullock, Jesse James.

Besides him, we're gonna see more of  Dan Smith, G-Spot, Adrienne and the whole HVT family, including her brother Mike, who left the shop recently. This season introduces Arianna, who has been seen numerous times with her but because of my absence what I only know about her is that she's a fan that lives with her.

After it was known that Jesse is writting his autobiography and it's going to be released this year, they were shot by paparazzis on the 22nd Feb at night, after having dinner  at Il Sole Restaurant (LA)
Their wedding is near and there are new pictures almost every day. I just hope they leave them alone soon. It's a madness.

Recently it has been published that Jesse James signed for Gallery Book editorial and he's currently writting his memories. American Outlaw is gonna be released this year. Very appropiate title for a man that was been the most hated in 2010.
Besides the controversy, what he's gonna say about Sandra Bullock, her numberous lovers, and so on.., this is an indirect news about Kat since she's been the most supportive person on earth and it's quite probable that she appears on his book. It could be a "this book is dedicated to" or she may appear in a whole chapter, don't know... (source)

El prometido de Kat prepara sus memorias para este año

Recientemente se ha sabido que Jesse James ha firmado un contrato para la editorial Gallery Books. La autobiografía se titulará American Outlaw (Bandido americano) y está previsto que se publique este mismo año. Título más que apropiado para un hombre que ha recibido las mayores críticas del año 2010.
A parte del morbo que ha suscitado sobre qué contará acerca de Sandra Bullock o si revelará intimidades sobre sus numerosas amantes, se trata de una notícia indirecta sobre Kat, ya que no está confirmado que aparezca en el libro pero como principal y casi único apoyo que ha sido para Jesse es probable que le dedique el libro y quizás algún capítulo.

Could Kat say “yes” on Valentine’s?

After appearing together at The Art of Elysium gala, Jesse James confirmed to People magazine that the couple is engaged.
Jesse describes Kat as "the only person who didn’t turn her back on him" and "who take care to make every day as if it was the best", so the " opposite on what many think, 2010,has been the best year so far".
Back in September,  when the opening of Kat’s art Gallery – managed by Chantal Menard- , Wonderlandia was held, she already wore the engagement ring but then they declined to make any comment on it.

Kat said that it was a Victorian ring. Now it is known that the ring was designed by the same jeweler Jesse commissioned his exwife’s rings, Sandra Bullock.  Neil Lane, the jeweler, is known for crafting rings from Nicole Ritchie to Jessica Simpson.

Four-carat-plus platinum and diamond ring from his archival collection, adding, “It’s a beautiful ring set with a central round diamond in the middle with smaller surrounding diamonds for an overall dome shape. It has a delicate filigree pattern with very pretty scroll-work.

Not much  is known yet about wedding preparations yet. Kat has been making comments on Twitter about “doing something special” for Valentine's Day. The wedding will  reportedly happen outside of California by the end of February. However, could it be that they were lovingly lying to us and  got married on Valentine’s? Knowing how romantic Kat von D is, it would not surprise me at all and that the wedding date was in just two weeks! 

After the bomb (news) exploded, Kat Von D has been shot by paparazzi, shopping, in a happy mood, and  also confirming that hasn’t tattooed Jesse’s name.

Finally, a deep thought.  When Kat attended to The Art of Elysium  in 2009, she was going through very difficult times after breaking up with Sixx. She was already aware that it was one of her worst days and  even made jokes about it trying to handle the criticism  about her appearance. One year after Kat chooses  this event to introduce herself  the world not only as Jesse's girlfriend but as his future wife. 

That makes me think how life goes around. How you can be in the same place going through so different and opposite personal situations

And no, my reflections aren’t about how good or bad Jesse is, how long they're going to be married, and so on. I do not judge anyone, I am not that kind. I think they met at at time when both needed to rely on someone. For some reason, Kat von D felt the need to be next to Jesse this year. Nikki, has rebuilt his life with a mutual friend, Denise Richards. Yes, I loved Nikki and Kat as a couple, but perhaps their time as a couple it’s over and they are happy with the choices they have made. 

I'm tired of negative comments, so if after reading this post, all  you have to say is negative, do not bother to leave a comment. Deleting insults it’s boring and you’ll help me not to waste time on doing this.

¿Se casará Kat en San Valentín?

Después de aparecer juntos en la gala benéfica The Art of Elysium Jesse James confirma para la revista People que la pareja se ha prometido matrimonio.

Jesse habla de Kat como "la única persona que no le dio la espalda” y “que se preocupa porque cada día sea el mejor”, por ello el “2010, al contrario de lo que piensa la gente, ha sido el mejor año”.

Cuando en septiembre se celebró la inauguración de la galería de arte de Kat que dirige Chantal Menard, Wonderlandia, ella ya lucía el anillo de compromiso pero por entonces no quisieron hacer comentarios al respecto.
Kat señaló que se trataba de un anillo de época victoriana. Ahora se sabe que el anillo fue diseñado por el mismo joyero al que Jesse encargó el anillo de compromiso para su ex -mujer,  Sandra Bullock: Neil Lane.
Éste es conocido por ser uno de los favoritos de las celebrities: desde Nicole Ritchie a Jessica Simpson tienen un “Lane”.

Acerca de los preparativos de la boda se sabe poco todavía. En Twitter Kat ha estado haciendo comentarios acerca de los preparativos para San Valentín. La boda ha sido anunciada para finales de febrero pero  ¿nos están engañando y se casarán para San Valentín? Conociendo a la romántica Kat von D, no me sorprendería en absoluto y eso pondría la fecha de la boda sólo ¡dos semanas!
Después de que saltara la noticia se ha podido ver a Kat von D fotografiada por paparazzis feliz, de compras, de paseo y confirmando que todavía no se ha tatuado el nombre de Jesse.


Finalmente, una reflexión personal: En 2009 Kat asisitó a la gala benéfica pasando por muy malos momentos después de haber roto con Sixx. Ella misma reconoció que no fue uno de sus mejores días e hizo broma sobre ello intentando capear las constantes críticas acerca de su aspecto. Poco más de un año después Kat elige esta gala para presentarse al mundo no como la novia de Jesse sino como su futura esposa.
Eso me hace pensar en las vueltas que da la vida. En como puedes estar en el mismo lugar pasando por situaciones personales tan distintas.

Y no, mi reflexión no es acerca de lo bueno o malo que es Jesse, de lo mucho o poco que van a estar casados. No juzgo a nadie, no soy quién. Creo que se han conocido en un momento en que los dos necesitaban apoyarse en alguien. Por algún motivo, Kat von D ha sentido la necesidad de estar al lado de Jesse este año. Nikki, ha rehecho su vida con una amiga común, Denise Richards. Sí, me encantaban Nikki y Kat como pareja pero quizás su tiempo como pareja ha terminado y sean felices con las elecciones que han tomado.

Estoy cansada de comentarios negativos, así que si después de leer este post, es todo lo que tienes que decir, no te molestes en dejar un comentario aquí. Me ahorrarás el trabajo de borrar insultos.
